For this project, we replaced parts of the trim and siding that were damaged then we gave it a different look with a new paint job. We wanted to satisfy our clients and the residents of this apartment building with the 4 different color tones which complemented each other perfectly. From the color of the doors to the wood stain, we ensured our clients were very happy with the result!
We began this project by fixing the plaster and installing drywall prior to painting the interior walls. We repaired the windows, painted the trim, baseboard, and crown molding. In addition, we painted the doors and stripped the floors to refinish the wood floors. For the basement floor, we painted the doors and concrete floors, as well as the interior walls with custom paint.
To completely remodel the bathroom shower, we demolished the entire bathroom walls and restored them with a beautiful white tile and mosaic floor as requested by our client.
Our client wanted a more natural color for the exterior buildings at the historical Astoria Column. We went with a neutral brown/beige color. We also replaced a small window with a larger one to better suit the needs of the building.
We installed a custom made fence and stained the wood to match the aesthetics of the home.
For this garage, we prepared the drywall, painted the walls and ceiling as well as completed the floors with a special material. We proceeded to install the moldings around the walls and floors.
